Stop Sciatic Pain

Sciatic Pain is caused by an entrapment of the sciatic nerve. The Sciatic nerve is a collection of nerves from the lower back that runs through the pelvis and down into the legs.

The sciatic nerve starts at 4th lumbar vertebrae and spans down to the third sacral nerve. Just like a tree, the sciatic nerve trunk travels off the spine and then branches out into a number of different nerves, each travelling to differ aspects of the pelvis and the legs.
