Stop back pain for good

Are you on the back pain merry go round, every three to four weeks having to go back to your health professional for another treatment. Are you sick and tired of having to rebook to see your health professional. Would you like to stop your back pain for good? It is time to get off the merry go round. The best way to do this is to ask why? Why do I have back pain? and what do I need to do to stop the pain. If your health professional can not answer this question, then you are seeing the wrong person. Most back pain comes from the body not functioning correctly, the core not supporting the back, the gluts not working, or your pelvis not being stable. All of these things can be fixed with the right rehabilitation program. You just need to have this conversation with the right therapist. Lets be honest if you therapist is not giving you exercises to strengthen the muscles support your back and pelvis, and are not assessing your muscles to ensure that they are working correctly then you are not going to stop the pain
